About Rotaract

Rotaract is a Rotary International program for young adults, ages 18 – 30. More than 7,800 Rotary clubs sponsor Rotaract clubs. There are approximately 180,000 Rotaractors in 158 countries.

Rotaract clubs enable young adults to grow personally and professionally within the Rotary culture by providing opportunities to work together in local and world fellowship, dedicated to service and international understanding.

The San Francisco Rotaract club was formed in January 2004 and has been active in the San Francisco community ever since!

Rotaractors are always coming together for service projects in our community, both local and international. We also organize professional development events like career panels to gain insight on different career paths and exposure to new opportunities. Our events include fellowship activities where we get together just to socialize and have fun.

Remember that SF Rotaract is always eager to hear your suggestions for a service project, so come to a meeting and tell us all about it! (See 'Meetings & Contact Info')

Check out some of our past events and projects by clicking on the stories above. Once you're a member, you can always post your story of an event on this website for others to read!

Thanks to all the volunteers who've completed projects with SF Rotaract, and thanks to all who will be bringing their time and energy to the club in the future!

Please join us at any of our meetings or upcoming events to find out what we're all about!
